Abstract

The heart has a central position in human existence. Where it plays an important role in maintaining the external life of the human being, it is also the center of the spiritual and internal experiences of the human being. Just as it suffers from heart disease and external diseases, it destroys the body. In the same way, by causing internal diseases, it can make a person fall from the level of humanity. Therefore, just as the protection of the heart is arranged for the survival of the external existence, its cleaning and protection is also indispensable for the continuation of the inner life. So that as much as a person looks beautiful from the outside, he is even more beautiful inside. And this is also important because the outside is to be seen by the outsiders and the insiders are to be seen. Our tragedy is that we keep nurturing the darkness inside us and decorating it outside. It may shine brightly on the outside, but the mind may be dark, the heart may be black, devoid of refinement, darkness, impurity and malice, malice, envy, arrogance, greed, lies, mischief, arrogance, enmity, hypocrisy, hatred, ugliness, If one suffers from backbiting, betrayal, sin, discord, confusion, suspicion, bigotry, neglect and many other riots and deaths, even the light outside cannot eliminate the darkness of the mind. Therefore, to prevent the heart from going into these matters, it needs to be protected and purified at all times
